Working with you, we will create your budget, source venue/vendors, manage invites and RSVPs, manage supplier contracts, site visits, menu tastings, provide phone and email support, produce event day timeline, seating plan and floor plan, manage the rehearsals, tech checks and manage the Big Day.
This is ideal if you have a very demanding schedule due to work or family commitments and are happy for a professional team to curate your big day.

Our partial planning service is tailored around your needs – during your initial consultations we will agree on what tasks you will like our team to achieve and which ones you want to do yourself. This is for clients who probably have sourced their venue and some suppliers but need a professional team on board to help with managing the process and the big day. Event design is not included in the service.
